“Spoil Your Dog Day” – yup, it’s a real thing!
If your pup is anything like our pups , they are already so spoiled that we don’t really need a special day to spend doing only that….but why not! Go crazy and spam us with your photos! #spoilyourdogday
Need ideas on how to spend the day with your special pal? We’ve got you!
- Kiddie pool full of water or ice
- Frozen stuffed kong
- New outfit
- Starbucks “Pupachino”
- Hike or swim at your local metropark (pack safe drinking water)
- Play date with your favorite doggo’s (though I would avoid the dog park)
- Swensons hamburger
- Trip to the pet store to pick out new beds or toys
- Playing with a water hose or squirt gun
- Feed from food releasing toys vs. a bowl
- Photo shoot for you and your #1 (or number ones) pup
These are just a few of my favorite things to do with my dogs, but certainly not an all inclusive list. In between furry bff? No problem! There are shelter dogs that could use spoiling for the day – head over to your favorite animals shelter with some goodies. I’m sure the staff will know which toys and treats to give to their residents and who knows maybe you will find your new bff (I may speak from experience)!
Don’t forget to spam us with your photos! We cannot wait to see what you come up with!
